Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and fill out the details regarding which items you are returning and the reason for the request.

Package Your Items

Place the jewelry back into its original Silver by Mail presentation box and secure it inside a padded envelope to ensure it is protected during transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Attach the pre-paid or standard return label provided to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to your local post office and ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt so you can track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
